In mid 2016, Allegis Development was retained by Protea Waterfront Development, LLC to serve as the Owner's Representative and Design Manager for the $1.5 billion redevelopment of Seaport San Diego.
RIDA Resort & Convention Center
In mid 2015, Allegis was retained by RIDA Development Corporation to provide development management services for the development of a new Resort & Convention Center on a property known as the Chula Vista Bayfront Master Plan area, which comprises approximately 562 acres located in Chula Vista, California.
Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel
Located on a premier bay front parcel, the San Diego Convention Center Hilton Hotel consists of a 1,200-room, 32-story, 1.65 million square foot project.
