Chula Vista Police Headquarters
With a total gross building area of 140,000 square feet, this design/build police headquarter facility includes two separate building structures; a main building, which will accommodate all essential police functions, and a parking structure. The main police headquarter facility is comprised of a basement and three above ground floors.
The project accommodates a firearms range, property, evidence and investigation rooms, offices, lockers, crime lab, communications center, and holding cells.
