The 125,000 square foot two-building campus complex is located on 7.25 acres of Eastgate Technology Park in the Golden Triangle area of San Diego. The buildings, concrete tilt-ups with steel columns and curtain wall exterior made of aluminum and glass, serve as the regional headquarters for LPL Financial. The buildings are linked together with a series of outdoor spaces, a fountain, pool, and sculpture. Much of the outdoor area is devoted to landscaping and panoramic canyon views. The facility includes a data center and trading rooms.
