ResMed Headquarters

ResMed is a leading respiratory medical device manufacturer, specializing in products for the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disordered breathing. In 2006, Allegis was selected by ResMed to provide the full range of development management services necessary to construct a new world-class corporate headquarter facility on a ten-acre site in the Keamy Mesa area of San Diego. It is currently contemplated that this corporate headquarters will be phased, with the first phase of construction commencing in summer 2007, allowing adequate space on the remaining parcel to construct a Phase Two facility to accommodate ResMed's extraordinary growth in approximately 2013.

One facility is fully approved allowing construction of approximately 250,000 square feet of office space within a six-story tower. Ancillary spaces will be accommodated in an adjoining two-story structure. In addition to the tower and ancillary portion of the project, a 766 space cast-in-place concrete parking structure will be constructed to accommodate the Phase One office parking requirements. Phase Two would occupy the balance of the site, and would envision an additional 250,000 square foot building.
