Located on a premier bay front parcel, the San Diego Convention Center Hilton Hotel consists of a 1,200-room, 32-story, 1.65 million square foot project. This $350 million dollar hotel includes all typical convention center headquarter hotel amenities, such as a spa, restaurants, pool, banquet and meeting facilities, ballrooms, retail space, and an outdoor public park area. The project began construction in the spring of 2006 and is expected to be complete by December 2008
| Services: | Allegis serves as the owner's representative throughout the completion of design and the entire construction of the project. Duties include coordinating the efforts of the contractor, architect, interior designers and other consultants, and overseeing activities performed by the developer to provide assurance to the owner that all duties and functions are carried out in a timely and proper manner without compromising the owner's budgetary and schedule requirements. |
