KUSI Mixed Use
Located in the Marina District of downtown San Diego, the KUSI Mixed Use development will include a 123 room five-star luxury boutique hotel and condo units on the upper floors above the local KUSI-TV news station. The 25-story building will also include retail, restaurants, a spa and a 3-level subterranean parking garage. A public plaza will be incorporated into the development that will invite the public into an outdoor performance area developed in conjunction with the studio activities including taping of local broadcasts.
