Situated on the San Diego Bay next to the San Diego Convention Center, this redevelopment of an industrial site proposed a terminal for all water-based excursion and transportation vessels on the Bay, restaurants, retail space, a food court/marketplace, and executive office space. An important requirement is the ability to access the second floor of the restaurants via the extension of the Fifth Avenue pedestrian bridge, currently a major part of the Convention Center expansion.
